India’s real estate and interior design sector is projected to reach ₹700 billion by 2027, driven by a surge in luxury residential, commercial development, and hospitality projects. As per industry projections, over 1.5 lakh trained interior designerswill be needed by 2030 across India’s rapidly urbanising cities.
Four semesters of progressively advanced subjects — moving from spatial fundamentals and materials science through advanced specialisation to thesis design and industry internship.
Across 300+ hours of studio training, you’ll develop hard and soft skills across the entire interior design pipeline.
The ancient Gurukul system was never just about subject knowledge. Students lived alongside their Guru, absorbing life skills, wisdom, and character alongside their craft. At Design ManiaaC, we’ve reimagined this philosophy for the modern creative professional.
“We don’t just teach interior design — we shape designers who can think spatially, lead projects, collaborate with clients, and create spaces that genuinely change how people feel.”
In a world where technical skills are commoditised, what separates great designers from average ones is how they think, communicate, and build relationships with clients. Our Gurukul curriculum layers three pillars — Creative Thinking, Skill Building, and Human Growth — into every semester.
We train the mind before the hand. Through structured ideation sessions, spatial problem-solving challenges, and moodboard critique, students learn to decode a client’s brief and translate it into a compelling design concept — not just execute instructions.
Beyond technical tools, we build the professional skills studios and clients actually care about — specification writing, vendor negotiation, site supervision, client presentation, and studio management.
Interior design is a deeply collaborative profession. Every real project involves architects, structural engineers, contractors, MEP consultants, and clients working as one. We simulate this through collaborative studio projects, critique circles, and client presentation role-plays every semester.
A large classroom cannot deliver a Gurukul experience. With a limited intake every batch, each student receives direct mentorship, personalised feedback, and genuine attention from faculty — not just a seat in a lecture hall.
